Sonny is a young grizzly bear who has terrible nightmare about Red Monster Fish. His mother tells him that when he was very young, he fell in the river with lots of fat red salmon. From her he learns about the world, and the joy and fear of being on his own in the wilderness. He learns to confront his fear of the Red Monster Fish and becomes a master fisher in the Land of the Midnight Sun. For ages 5-10.
